At EFS-22 in Liverpool

The hospitality & food service sectors called for clarity from UK water companies around their requirements for the disposal of FOG.
The need for national standards on grease management equipment was also highlighted which brought the water companies and hospitality & food service sectors together… towards a consensus at Liverpool.

“From the moment I arrived, the event felt inclusive and welcoming. The balance between education, discussion and networking opportunities provided a wealth of information. In addition, the exhibition provided time to discuss ideas and share best practices with suppliers. The investment in both my time and money was both wise and well placed and I left inspired to continue and enhance the work in combatting FOG.”
